How long until my order arrives?

Everything is handmade to order — please allow 2–3 business days for production. Once shipped, delivery is typically 3–7 business days within Canada, 5–10 to the US, and longer internationally.

Can I personalize the name, age, or wording?

Yes! Just fill in the personalization field at checkout and we'll use exactly what you type across your cake topper, signs, and other items in your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely already started, so we're unable to cancel or make changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us at funkissd@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
