At Funkissd, all of our products are handmade to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at funkissd@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we are unable to cancel.
