Shipping Policy

Please note that ship time is different from processing time. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before they ship. See our FAQ page for more details.

Current ship time estimates

Canada: 2–10 business days via tracked shipping. We do not offer untracked/regular mail for Canadian orders.

United States: 2–8 business days via tracked shipping.

Europe: 10–21 business days via tracked shipping, depending on destination.

Australia: 6–9 business days via tracked shipping.

International (all other destinations): 10–20 business days via tracked shipping.

Regarding tariffs, duties, and other import fees

Despite our best efforts to stay up to date with ever-changing import guidelines per country, customers may be charged additional fees upon receipt of their order. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or your shipping cost.

US and international orders may experience customs delays, which can prevent us from guaranteeing an exact delivery date. Holiday periods may also cause delays. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday typically begin processing the following Monday.

Missing order claims

Please only contact us regarding a missing order once 21 days have passed from the ship date. Once that time has passed, we'll help file a claim with our shipping insurance, issue a refund, or send a replacement, at our discretion.
